The production range for tomato and fruit processing, for paste, puree and diced products, consists of the following sections:

- preparation and juice extraction section in hot-break and cold-break
- concentration section with discontinuous and continuous evaporators with one or more stages, in simple and multiple effects
- sterilization and cooling section with tube-in-tube, scraped or plate surface systems.
